Our clinical director, Dr. Thomas Garland, has more than 30 years of experience in the area of mental health care.
Dr, Garland started PsyCare Milwaukee in 2007 to continue the work started by the Ivanoff Clinic which began in the early 1980's. The clinic was started in order to provide psychological services to those people who needed professional mental health services but were not able to afford them. As we enter our 20th year we continue this mission as we provide those extra touches that many clinics are unable to provide.
